I'm looking for an 'EDC' Bag for my daily work items ... it needs to be about the size of the reusable cloth type grocery bags; and it needs to have a shoulder strap option; it also needs to have heavy duty re-enforced handles; similar to a range bag or a military duffel-bag in its engineering and design characteristics.

the bag must me made of 1000 denier cordura fabric; and be built as well as Tactical Tailor or Maxpedition's stuff; it must also be easily assessable through the top-end of the bag, as I generally keep paperwork and such standing tall in the bag in glassines, and most other items are stored in medium sized zip-lock storage bags, so those items don’t migrate all over the interior of the bag.

thanks in advance, for any and all suggestion ...

I'd look at the Larkspur Messenger Bag from Maxpedition. I think it would be a great fit for what you need. [IMG]

I carry a 5.11 Rush Messenger Bag daily to lug around my giant laptop, misc peripherals, and a few work related documents

Sorry if this is late...I've had a few "office bags" in the past. I'm now on a backpack style but i found the LA Police gear Molle bag to be perfect. It's an affordable, simple option to the Maxpedition messengers, etc.

There's also some "bug out" bags and other types. Hope this helps. Let us know what you decide on getting!
